PAYMENTS
Follow these three simple steps:
Step 1. Once submitted your order, press Basket in the menu or select the Go To Checkout link in your Shopping Cart, you will now go to the second step.
Step 2. Select the Choose Your Shipping Country option and press: Make Payment link down below, you will now go to the final step.
Step 3. On the Payment page you need to enter your Contact Details in the fields marked with an* Once finished select your payment option (Paypal/Creditcard or Bank) and press the Make Purchase button ( if you would like to have your parcel send to another shipping address instead of the invoice address, please fill out the Shipping Address details as well (we can not be held responsible for any delay or lost parcels using this extra service)!
*Please note: Very Important to provide your invoice number as a payment reference along your Paypal/ CC or Bank transfer to ensure fast shipping!

International Bank Payment (No Cheques)!
How does this work: Once selected the Bank Deposit option press the Make Purchase button, you will now receive a confirmation e-mail with all your order details/ Purchase number and our Bank details including your total amount. Transfer the total amount directly to our bank account: Bankname: ABNAMRO Rotterdam | Accountname: Tempo | Accountno: 497434466 | BIC: ABANL2A | IBAN: NL83ABNA0497434466 *Please note: ensure you include your Name (as written in the “Enter Your Details” checkout section) & use the Invoice/Purchase number with your total amount in Euro currency only! Bankpayments must be received WITHIN 2 days after ordering, once we have received the total amount in our bankaccount you will receive the last confirmation e-mail with your trackingnumber and your order will be dispatched.
Paypal Payment
How does this work: Once selected the Paypal/Creditcard Transfer option, press the Make Purchase button, you will be directly guided to the Paypal website, log in at the righthand section including your Paypal e-mail address & password. Fill out all your personal details, the amount in Euro currency only and last fill out our Paypal address: temporarities(@)gmail.com + add 2,5% to cover the Paypal/ CC fee and submit your order.*Please note: ensure you include your name & Invoice/Purchase number with the given total amount (inc 2,5% Paypal fee) in Euro currency only! DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?
Yes, but only countries within the EU are subject to VAT wich are : Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and the UK. All prices shown in the shop are ex19% vat, this will be added in the final stage in the checkout cart.

All records are posted via Royal Dutch TNT Post and packed in high quality special record mailers with stiffeners (cardboards both sides) for added protection!

European Customers; Priority (fast delivery, no insurance*). Price eur 9.99 (+ eur 1 for each addtional record)!
International customers; Standard (normal delivery, no insurance*). Price eur 9.99 (+ eur 1 for each addtional record)!

European Customers; Priority Plus (Fast Delivery + Sign For Delivery + Insured for eur 500).

Delivery
Dutch Parcels; Priority Plus; normally within 1-2 working days.
European Parcels; Priority; normally within 2-8 working days. Priority Plus; 2-5 working days.
International Parcels: Standard; normally within 10-15 working days. Priority Plus; 2-10 days.
Please note: your delivery address should be an address where someone can accept your parcel during office hours!!
Lost or damaged parcel
Due to foreign customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages! We can not guarantee delivery times as these are technically out of our control.
In case you did not receive your parcel after the given period of 28 working days we assume your parcel has been lost. In this case you are entitled on compensation on the cost of the product ex shippingcost, once we have notified our shippingcompany first. We will not give any cash refunds (you are entitled to order another record for the same price)!
The above policy is the same for any damaged parcels caused by the shippingcompany, therefor we give no refunds on shippingcosts (as this is technically beyond our control). All our parcels are send in special designed envelopes including stiffeners (papercardboards) on both sides to give the records the best protection. However we will always do our best to give you the best possible service so therefor please read our Terms & Conditions first!
Report lost or damaged parcels
Please send us the following info: Name, Invoice/Orderno and correct shipping address details (as previously provided in the checkout and our order confirmation e-mail) and Report lost-damaged parcel.

RETURN POLICY
Step 1. Describe your complaint with full details (broken records or bended sleeves) or send us a digital photo of the damaged parcel/ record(s) via e-mail. Please read our Terms & Conditions first before sending us the following info: Name, Invoice/Orderno and correct address details and Report Damaged Parcel together with Name, Invoice/Orderno and address details,
Step 2. After receiving your e-mail with your complaint we will take this into account and notify our shippingcompany or deny your complaint. If your complaint has been approved by our shippingcompany you will be notified via e-mail. We will compensate the original product and not the shippingcost! If your original purchased product is out of stock you may select another product for the same original amount (ex shippingcost). *Please check Terms & Conditions of sale for more info!
