The hit machine strikes again: Cameron Sanderson – Art Girl.

If you haven’t heard of Cameron Sanderson by now, I would quite frankly be in shock. This 23 year old livewire from Hertfordshire has developed a reputation for making hit, after hit, after hit, and his latest release, Art Girl, is no exception.
A dab-hand with a DAW, we’ve covered Cameron’s delightful production abilities in the past. But with many strings to his bow, Cameron has proved once again that he is not only brilliant behind the sound desk, but has a place saved for himself in the limelight.
Art Girl is an effortlessly catchy tune; laid back enough to be the gorgeous soundtrack for a weekend of being cuddled up and watching raindrops meander slowly down the window pane, but evocative enough to keep a listener interested in the unfolding lyrical tale.
And while we’re on the subject of words, the song conveys the beautiful wistfulness of wanting someone even though they are much too far away. Strangely, it appears that Cameron has been able to distill and break down every single tiny process that happens in the quick cascade of love at first sight, and show it off expertly as if it’s suspended in mid-air.
